    DirecTV CSRs say there is only a cancel fee ($10) for Premier or premium channels, but there is a loophole. If you're switching premiums and keeping the total you subscribe to the same no fee. Basic package changes don't have the thirty day requirement.

    The issue is if you have an HDTV hooked up and at the same time also are running a SDTV off the Component or A/V connection. With the receiver set to output HD to the HDTV attempting to view the program on the SD set shows a message to change resolution to view the GUI.

    Sunday ticket has a Pay-Per-Day option available this year at $59.99. There does seem to be a glitch that is causing some paid subscribers to not be seen as authorized.

    Alert: 3EE is unable to delete recordings. The DVR will appear to delete the program even removing from the playlist. However the FREE space won't increase and if you reboot your DVR the deleted recording(s) are back.

    The green button is changing the channel to 1100 the PPV on Demand. It's displaying watch now because these movies are available for viewing as part of the "Movies Now" feature. Only the Bank Job and Bucket List are part of the 1080P test.
