    no equipment -reschedule

    rescheduled the appointment for today (morning install), get a call at 7:50am ....again no equipment and they need to reschedule. everyone I talk to is like "well, the 722 is in such high demand." So why are they scheduling installs if they have no equipment? once again I've taken time off...

    if the company installing my upgrade calls me to say they don't have the equipment and need to reschedule do I let them do this or call Dish directly to deal with them? I took off work for this appointment and really don't want to reschedule. guess I'll just have to cancel my hd upgrade :(
