You have to call Voom to re-init the box. I think the channels you are allowed to receive are dependent on the box/card. If Voom thinks you shouldn't receive a channel you won't. I had it happen once or twice already. It won't fix itself until Voom automatically updates their database or...

This issue now happens on both of my receivers. I also disconnected one receiver and did not get a reset on the other after 2-3 hours period. But after reading about someone else comment that this occurs on single receiver setups, I'm going to connect my second receiver back up.
