At some point in time, D* and E* I would believe have to stop charging for HD. Once it becomes required to carry a HD signal, how can they justify an additional charge for HD? Do you think they'll raise everyones, or drop the HD prices?

When Voom didn't have ESPN I hooked up the Stealth they gave me to the TV directly, nothing but snow except for 2 channels. One was Channel 50 WKBD and the other, suprisingly, CBC Channel 9 out of Windsor which is even farther. When I said no NBC programming, I mean NBC's regular programming.

I'm too far for Analog, so all I get is Digital.

Not that I really care to watch the Olympics but I would like to watch NBC. I live about 36 miles from Detroit, I get Digital feeds just fine. I DO NOT get Analog feeds at all. So...not only do I not get the Olympics except OTA I also am not going to get NBC programming for 2 weeks...

The biggest one will be if the D* rumors are not true... If they are...then Voom will have very very little time to get it together. I bet D* will offer one helluva plan to pull customers from E* and Voom if indeed all the rumors are true.

My bill totals around 100, plus my DSL at 55 dollars. I throw the two of them together since in decision making they are a combined cost through everyone else except for Voom. My 'neighbors' down the road can get Brighthouse, they offer an amazing deal, 3mbps internet service, SD cable...
