If it has an 8PSK card installed, remove it and any USB devices attached to the STB. Make sure the STB is disconnected from any LNBs or Ant connections. Power off the STB from the switch before disconnecting any LNB. Perform a factory reset on the STB, Power off the unit and uplug it for 1-2...
