So does BB@Home still deserve its own sub-forum?

Isn't it sort of like giving Multi-Sport its own forum? What is the point anymore? The most revolutionary part of BB@H is gone. The crickets are going to only get louder here.

BB@ Home disc By Mail Ending September 19th

I was thinking of keeping the movie I have at home, like the message suggested, but I'm also thinking that I will drop BB@H and add Multi-Sport+RedZone in a couple of weeks. My question is: If I drop BB@H before Sept. 19, do I have to return the movie, or do I still get to keep it?

Blockbuster problems, I sent the dvd back, and it has not shown as return, an email by customer serv

I emailed BB@Home support last Thursday and finally got a response today (Monday) apologizing and saying they have cleared my queue. They also emailed a coupon for a free rental at Blockbuster.

Blockbuster problems, I sent the dvd back, and it has not shown as return, an email by customer serv

I emailed customer support a day and a half ago, and so far no response of any kind, not even the auto-response "we have received your message" type. Meanwhile, my queue is blocked with 2 erroneous "in-store pickup" discs in my "At Home" section, and my local Blockbuster store says they are...

Blockbuster problems, I sent the dvd back, and it has not shown as return, an email by customer serv

Last Friday I mailed back a game I had received in the mail -- I just checked my queue today to see whether they got the title back yet and saw that it shows I have 2 (!) copies of "Chronicle" at home from my local Blockbuster store. My last exchange at my store was for "Chronicle", but that was...

New Problem, anyone else seeing this?

I had a store return that didn't trigger the usual email confirming the return, and when the movie was still listed as "At Home" on my queue the next morning I called the BB store and the manager apologized and corrected the problem on his computer while I was still on the phone. I usually don't...

Video games via BB Movie Pass

I've kept the 2 PS3 titles I originally put in my queue as a curiosity (never expecting to get either of them in the mail) and they always have a status indicated, but it's almost always the "Wait" ones. They are Red Faction: Armageddon and Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage. Fist has never...

How many people are happy with Blockbuster @ Home?

I hope they don't close all the Blockbuster stores in my city, because the trade-in program is the only way I get to see recent movie releases. When I noticed all the top movies in my queue had red next to them ("Short Wait","Long Wait","Very Long Wait") I decided to add an old movie I had...

So it's now Blockbuster @ Home?

I guess I missed the name change news from CES, but isn't it time to change the name of this forum?

Bluray Titles LONG WAIT and NOT AVAILABLE in Store ???

I was in my local Blockbuster store today and noticed they now have some copies of "Midnight In Paris" stocked in Blu-ray. (Now that everybody who wanted to rent it in Blu-ray when it was released has already seen it.)

Bluray Titles LONG WAIT and NOT AVAILABLE in Store ???

I also noticed that "Midnight in Paris" was not available in Blu-ray at my local Blockbuster store. Someone at Blockbuster is deciding which movies are "worthy" for stocking in Blu-ray as well as DVD and Woody Allen's film was rejected, for some reason.

Video games via BB Movie Pass

I've had a hard time figuring out how Blockbuster handles video game rentals by mail. I wondered why a game like "Resistance 3", which was released on Sept. 6, was not available for rent by mail at all. I finally found a listing that said Resistance 3 would be "available" for rent through the...

Video games via BB Movie Pass

I picked up Ghostbusters on a whim about a year ago using a rebate coupon I had from GameFly (I think it cost me about a dollar-fifty after discounts)... I enjoyed playing it (and the funny voice acting) for awhile until it got harder, then I quit it and never went back. I guess the Movie Pass...

Video games via BB Movie Pass

It looks like video game rental is a joke. I tried to add a recently released title, "Resistance 3", to my queue and it came up "Unavailable" even though the title was released over a month ago and is in the Blockbuster stores. I was able to add a game that was 4 months old, "Red Faction...

    ??? ABOUT Block Buster rentals

Netflix lists dvds they don't have in stock also... they have a "Save" button that adds the title to your save queue. Supposedly if enough people save a video they will consider adding it to their stock, at which point they automatically move it into your queue, but that's only happened to me...
