since that light colored bearing securing device is not secured by the bolt , holding the motor to the pipe , it might be possible to push the thinner pipe out by stamping it vertical on a solid wooden block

Help to ID this BUD Manufacturer and f/d ratio

Did You also used the pressure trick with the threaded rod and the hammer ? The combination of hammering while there is already pressure is the most effective way . The housing should be on a heavy hard table with the half gear downwarts . Even when the shaft after some hammering does not seems...

Help to ID this BUD Manufacturer and f/d ratio

You can try it after soaking , put up the tension and use the hammer . If no result , try my first idea and when the axle moves , than use that threaded rod to bring some tension . Its easier to lift the axle by that rod instead of keep lifting that heavy part and turn it at the same time . To...

Help to ID this BUD Manufacturer and f/d ratio

To keep pressure to put out the axle You can use a piece of threaded rod about the same diameter . Turning the nut will put pressure on the axle .

Help to ID this BUD Manufacturer and f/d ratio

The weight will be not enough , I suggest after long time soaking put the parts together as on this picture except the worm gear . If its steady on the pole You can try to turn the axel with your hands at the wide ring . Once its moving , remove the lower turning bolt and loosen the the top...

Aiming and peaking a C-band LNB - more guesswork than science?

I made this device to find the optimum position by coincident movement for the scalaring and the position of the lnb in the scalaring . First use the laser for the correct aiming point . Once noticed the best signal , I change the device for the original scalaring .

    DMS Vbox 7 Transformer?

I'm pretty shure the rectifier for the 36 V has a short . Or the contacts of one of the motor relays are burned together . Can you show a picture of the circuitboard ?

VBOX7 ? Is it real, or a knock off? It doesn't say VBox7 anywhere!

Sorry Tom , your'e right ! My thought , maybe one of the relays pins is bended under the relays and not sticking through the circuit board . I hoped to see that on your pictures , made some color corrections but unfortunaly not much of details . If you have a volt meter you can check the 36 V...
