    If you were getting 0Volts off the motor terminals with a known good meter, then something is wrong with the receiver. You would not have gotten any voltage on the sensor since it is just a switch (open or close). I can't remember off the top of my head if the 922 has a circuit breaker for the...

    Check the back of your receiver again. Most receivers I'm familiar with have a DC output terminal to power position sensors.

    Polarity backwards

    The person who installed the feedhorn did not set to the polar axis, which would have reversed the polarity on all satellites. The 4DTV receiver has an option in the setup menu to reverse polarity on all satellites
