They are turned off in the Uplink Forum as it screws up the automation software which posts the uplink reports.

I find it funny that Sundance Channel was not made available. Out of the channels uplinked, I would have thought that Fuse would have been the one not to be turned on.

That one is the closest to being premium in my opinion. IFC comes in second to me due to the addition of commercials a few years ago (unfortunately) although the movies still seem to be uncut.
