but if I turn the sw to 1 on etiter 1.0 or 1.1 the 4000mhz started coming in (and all the other TPs) with a Quailty of 100% and a level of 92% any ideas?

Correct, the DMX has a built-in switch to go from C Band to Ku. Port 2 would be for Ku.

This is just with C-Band only ... like some TPs would come in but if i turn on the SW the rest of the TPs on the C-Band would come in but if it was off they wouldnt.. wonder if its a Bug or something in the setup

The Receiver's DiSEqC Switch setting should be set to "1" or 22KHz to "off" for C Band.
