Just got an email from dish saying all the premiums are in free view but I don't see an uplink for HBO Cinemax and showtime.

The email didn't say that. It said that the premium's VOD content are in freeview from now till Jan. 2nd.

Correct. It's just the folder that contains the freeview content.
