What exactly are the "must carry" locals? Would the Chicago PBS stations fall into that since we already have the Big 4 plus a couple of others in HD? Or does "must carry" mean that all the Big 4 are in HD?

Its not a latino channel (unlike GOLtv)

But we have it in channel 871 in the Latino Packages, is the same one as 408, but 408 is not available in Latino packages, and they only uplinked the HD on ch. 408.

There is a "standalone" spanish version of the channel, though it isn't the official spanish version of the channel.

Is Bein HD will be transmitted on 118 also? I have the 110, 119 and 118 configuration disc . Sat map shows it on 118 although I did not see it on the uplink report .
