I'm not seeing anything that jumps out at me as to what they are doing but this along with other recent mass changes is alot. They sure do have alot of SD channels on some transponders.

I've noticed during our heavy/wet snow this winter that I may lose HD channels, and my receivers (sometimes successfully) fall back to the SD channel and still get a lock. Maybe they're putting these SD channels on the strongest transponders? This is pure speculation on my part.

It sounds like your dish might not be correctly installed

doubt it. With KJWP it is a FULL POWER station that asked for must carry and was granted it. As to why Dish didnt uplink the HD feed at the getgo (2 weeks ago when they uplinked the sd feed)...who knows.

Its been posted many many times WWME is a LOW POWERED station and does NOT qualify for must carry.

I see you asked the same question a month ago and apparently did not like the answer given. Stations just can't "upgrade to full power" just because. They have to file an application with the FCC to upgrade their power and the FCC may not even approve it. There is alot more to the process
