I have a joey connected via hdmi to 1 HD tv. The Joey is fed thru a short thru-the-wall coax from the hopper. I wish to use the RCA output from the joey to an RF converter to feed my home cable wiring out to an SD TV in another room.
I would like to use 1 remote with the HD set and another remote with the SD set in another room (not at the same time).
Can and how do you get and set-up a second remote control to the same Joey?

If you need even more, there's always 20.0/21.0/21.1s in IR mode :D .

I have 3 remotes on one joey. I had to move the joey to a common location that all 3 remotes would work in. I tested it by dragging a long rg6 line around and a small tv on the ntsc modulator. It should be easier with 2 locations. One thing missing from the joeys is an external remote antenna. Now, in the location I am at, I needed a HDMI 25 ft cable anf HDMI equalizeer for the main HDTV off that joey.
