Possibly. I use it on roku and it is pretty good. Would be nice on dish since the weather channel rarely has weather.

I wouldn't get terribly excited over WN at this point until someone tells us for sure it's Weather Nation (or something else). The 9650 range is traditionally for business leased TV channels that come and go.

That would be my guess. Seeing how there are 14 or 15 SD and HD channels on the transponders for the part time RSN's makes it seem like that is a good guess.

Sure wish I could get my local CW. I get it OTA but lost guide data when it moved to a different sub-channel.

I agree, I think it is Weathernation. Too much of a coincidence that ALJ is moving up one and that leaves a channel open right next to TWC. By the way FIOS has dropped TWC and rumors are another cable company is contemplating it.
