Doesn't list as added, lists as package change. Either they were added to or deleted from a pakcage (unlikely for locals) or something like a zip code change?

It says package flags changed. Still don't know what it means though. No zip change here either.

No I didn't mean for you, maybe it was seen in an area not now deemed it should be, or added to an area it was not previously seen in. Perhaps made available to a market area with no locals? A package flag change does not usually affect everyone. For instance, if A&E is only seen in Top200 and above, and changes to the Top120 and above, that's a package flag change. If you get Top200 and above it doesn't affect you at all. If you get Top120, you now get A&E. That's very different than adding or deleting a channel completely. My point is, you said you have been seeing them for some time now, I'm saying the package flag didn't affect you, but some people are either seeing it, or not seeing it now, that is what a package flag usually means.

Flagged meaning to what package a channel is attached to. In my case, if I am in Ct. when I get the top250, I am flagged by my zip code (and street address?) to get Hartford locals, and Boston and NY sports. When in Tampa, my address flags me to get Tampa locals, and Tampa and Miami Sports.
