Here's some additional info and things Dish needs to fix.

WAVW should be mapped to 38. WFXW changed their call letters and became an ABC affiliate.

WTHID is the New Fox affiliate for Terre Haute. I have no idea why it's mapped to 38 instead of WAVW.

At least the guide data for the stations is correct off of the antenna with my 722k.
