A & E HD during Sopranos is all choppy

Seems 9419 really screws up my 211, I then turn to Starz 9435 and Food Network HD then to HD News on 9482. Screen is jittery or a weird bouncing of the screen. on a still camera showing the anchor talking. I don't get it at all. Maybe choppy is not the right word.

Check your signal on 129 or 61.5. Also try a different resolution.

Isn't A&E HD on TP27 on 129? That's the TP that everyone is having problems with. What's your SS on that transponder if you have 129?
