Not a Pay per view of "general" interest after a bit of research. Sounds like its only in the "possible stages." Mapped but not with a dated rollout? Hmmm...hope the "authorization Gods" aren't using this as a measure of general interest in the medium, but given corporate mentality, it'll probably be used to measure interest in the H2H reception format.

Going out on a limb here, and as a subscriber, I'd rather see more "standard" channels." I see this (PPV) addition being basically worthless, based on many posts on this site; the majority of which express the desire for channels along the lines of Discovery and the more "standard" fare. Oh well. The "upper tier" of channels offered to us is still good while it lasts. And yes, I'm a subscriber and supporter of the format. I'll continue enjoying what we are offered! (combined with FTA, of course.)

You never read my old posts I posted a while back here. The maps are corrupted that are being sent from X4. That is why there are phantom entries. Those 4 new channels added by Mot yesterday for the 4D are there for a purpose and exist. You think H2H maps are bad you should see Shaw

I just checked my guide, the PB channels aren't listed.

For me, I'm sure I'll spend some $ on a PPV to show support, but I would prefer this were a monthly service, I'd sub to that.

Aww porn, man it's like 10 years to late, when all the porn channels was dcII on I think it was Galaxy 13 or something? it would have been great, all the whore houses, strip joints and swingers clubs had a bud but they didn't want us to have there channels, now I guess since porn is basically free on the net they are willing to sell to anyone and everyone to try to make money.

Satellite Receivers is now offering Adult services. 4 channels in all. Playboy, Fresh, Spice: 'Xcess and Club Jenna. We are not selling the services on a PPV basis. We are selling like we sell all of our subscription services, on a monthly, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months term.

Channel locations:

Playboy TV X4-800
Fresh X4-801
Club Jenna X4-802
Spice Xcess X4-803

(We are currently experiencing some problems with Club Jenna on X4-802 and we are working with Motorola to fix the problem. Once the channel is working we will make it available for sale and we will have a Spice 3-Pak consisting of Fresh, Spice: 'Xcess and Club Jenna.)


**We do realize that these channels are not for everyone and we are very sensitive to this. If customers do not wish to see these channels in their guide or come across them as they are switching channels they can follow some very simple steps to block them. See below.....


How to block the Adult Channels

Go to channel 800

Press options

Then press 3 (Set parental controls) then press 3 again (Set channel locks)

(Options 3,2 on Sidecars & DSR-410 receivers)

Then press enter in the boxes next to channels 800,801,802,803 (these are the adult channels) there will be a lock symbol in the boxes after enter is pressed on all four boxes.

Then press the go back button and the channels will be locked.

You can test it by going up a channel and down a channel and if it was done correctly it should skip right past them. This will also exclude them from the guide.
