Antenna install help for 622

I have a Winguard antenna attached to a D1000. Does anyone if is it possible to run a diplexer for the antenna into the same line as TV1 and TV2? Or do I have to run another drop for the antenna? I need my local channels in HD!!! Please help

Hello! I just did what you are asking today. Works great! Just make sure the diplexer at your house is inline before the Dish Separtor. So it would go like this:

OUTSIDE AT DISH: DISH CABLE ---> Power Passing port on combiner and the OTA to the Other Port then at where the cable comes into your house: Power Passing port (DISH SIGNAL)---> coax ---> Dish VIP Separator (TV1) and the other port to your OTA. Works great!

Which Winegard antenna do you have is it an amplified model that needs voltage sent up the coaxial line to power it?

Not sure of the model number. It came with the voom satelite service. I believe that it does need to be amplified.
