Now you can install the stock Camera app from the Google Edition phones. (No Root needed!) 
It adds the new Photosphere option which is pretty cool, but my favorite addition is it adds the ability to use your volume button to take pictures instead of tapping on screen! Downloaded it this morning and confirmed this works on the HTC One. The physical shutter button was probably the one thing I missed from my Evo LTE after I got the One.
