Anyone ever seen this option on the Dish site?

Dish gave me 3 Free PPV (Up to $4.99 of course) and I'm used to filling out their free movie form and waiting for a credit that I have to bitch about to get. But I noticed this time there's a new option under "Offers". Here's a screen cap if you aren't sure what I mean.

I don't have the recent offers option. Just Programming offers (empty) and Club Dish.
