I got the HR20-700 here in Atlanta last week. Got it Thursday. The installer 'installed' it....if that's the correct word for turning it on and leaving. BUT I am still waiting on the 5LNB to get locals. I am in Douglasville and tech told me the OTA wouldn't work this far out. The LNB was supposed to be installed the same day but still isn't. The installer D* uses on the Westside SUCKS and is the service (trying to get the local people on the phone) is horrible. Good luck if you are on the westside.

Just to update no problems so for with HR20 the pic is a little better than my H20 and the reading of signal strength are back to normal.

Hey Delta Dave,
I am in Douglasville as well, I have the AT-9 5LNB dish with the H20 ( I am waiting a little bit for the HR20). Its hit or miss with installers/technicians here. I have had several service calls and a couple have been really good. He was right to tell you about OTA basically not available here, it is but its not worth it one of my neighbors has it. You have to call D* to get any service, my last tech actually gave me his cell number which I thought was cool. He was really good, send me a message and I will give you his name.
My reception is good, the signal strength isn't as high as some people on the board have, my only issue is with the reciever, it has the typical intermittent reboot problem hopefully you probably won't have that with the HR20. The locals are OK, some audio sync problem every once in a while but its decent I guess?
Send me a message if you want the name of the tech.

Good luck.
