There is a little triangle on the tube for this lnbf. I assume this is to be aimed down (when the dish is facing true south) as a polarity marker--am I correct?:hatsoff:

I am not sure about your LNB specifically, but with my C-Band LNB if I take the protective cover off, and the LNB is in the zero position there are antenna elements (rods) on the left and on the bottom.

Good luck Bloomdog, I hope you get it to work soon. :)

down (or actually, can also be "UP") but yes thats when the unit is "vertical" setting. The receiver wont care if it's down, or 180 from there as it's still vertical in that position being now in the "up" position.

Some of the LNB's seem to be off by 90 degrees. I know with 2 of my C-Band LNBF's I have to start at 9:00 (or 3:00) skew and go from there

I thin the 621 is done right but if its not working, skew it to9:00 or 3:00 and go from there
