If you see this issue using mydish.com, could you please send me your account number? I just checked my account and everything was available so it appears that this not happening on all accounts.

There have been problems with signing up online. AEP shows not available, only AT250 w/four Premiums (which is AEP with higher price). Rumors may be starting due to an error on the website.

If aep is 250 with 4 premiums, then why does the Dish site show 250 with 250+ channels and aep shows 330 channels.

I signed in to my account and the AEP is grayed out. Right below it says "package no longer sold". Not that I'm interested in upgrading.

Here is a screen shot of mine. There is a package underneath the AEP that says it is no longer sold but I am able to select AEP. If you are seeing the AEP grayed out could you please PM me your account number?

On my list the 250+ pak it shows $64.99 not $69.99. Also try adding for example an a la cart channel, hit recalculate and see if it modifys your programming. On mine if I add anything even the protection plan I lose my AEP and it downgrades to the 250+movie channels. That pack becomes 108.00 verse 104.00 on my acount.

I was able to do this with out any problems. Can I please have you PM me your account information? To get this issue corrected we will need as many examples as we can get.

I was able to access your account on the back end and AEP shows as an option on your account. Are you using IE? Sometimes other browsers can cause issue like this. Please let me know and I can assist you further. Thank you!
Shows right with FF.

It has been fixed for me so possibly for everyone at this time. I wasn't a matter of what browser or cleaning cookies or cache. Even the CSR's could see what we did, $5 lower prices and Everything pack greyed out.

No. It's the TOP250 plus HBO,STARZ,Cinemax,Showtime for less than getting anything I just mentioned separately. Nothing more.
