Cannot order products like Showtime, HBO on the web

or through the interactive application in the receivers

This used to work months ago, just curious if anyone else is having the same issue

I called Dish, and of course they didn't know anything about it, but said I could order through their customer support representative
 
Interesting. All my receivers are HD, and wonder if that is related

I have HD Absolute and can't order through the web or customer service app, happened when the package was grandfathered.

I have the turbo HD gold, with Dish 250. They won't let me switch to HD only
 
A month or so ago I took advantage of the Cinemax for a penny deal and since then I cannot make programming changes on line. I figured it was related to the Cinemax for a penny thing.
 
abis, I also have the Cinemax for a penny, maybe that is what is causing the glitch
 
HD Only is for new customers until Feb. Those in HD Aboslute can't change any of their programming without switching out of HD Absolute.
If they switched their programming, they wouldn't have HD Absolute anymore.....

I do have that package and added Cinemax-for-a-penny without any issue.
