Can't get video

Gentlemen, please help me.
Tried everything but I can't get video.
Set up: 36' offset dish, Avenger O.2 single LNB, SG2100 motor positionenr, OpenBox S10 HD receiver.
I get very strong signal with signal meter on Sat Mex 8 at W116.9.
Receiver : NO SIGNAL
Tried AZbox receiver: NO SIGN
Tried New LNB: No luck
Checked everything a zillion times and I know for certain everything is OK.
Any ideas?

Are you on a known active Transponder in your Transponder list for SatMex 8?

How are you confirming that the satellite is SatMex 8? Does the satellite meter show Signal Quality and confirm the satellite name? Or does the meter only show signal level and you assume that the dish is aimed at SatMex 8?

Is the LO frequency correctly set to the LNB LO frequency? Is the LNB skew rotation correct?
