The end of another regional cell company that had great competitive prices, good coverage and stellar service. (From personal experience).

I was kind of surprised to know that this is only the wireless side of the business. Cincinnati Bell is hanging on to its traditional phone, microwave, and fiber assets. Considering that Verizon owns most of the land-line surrounding Cincinnati, I thought they were buying the entire company.
