I get D on Saturday. Dropping Voom.

I see that D has Comcast Sports out of Chicago listed.

Does everyone in the country get that or just Chicago area people.

I will be very very happy to get that in Phoenix.

What can you tell me?

You must be in the chicago area to get it as part of your normal programing package, ex total choice. You can get it if you are not in the chicago area by subscribing to the sports pack but if you are not in the chicago area pro sporting events will be blacked out.

If you subscribe to the RSN package then you should get Comcast Sportsnet Chicago, but be warned that any professional sports team programming would most likely be blacked out if you're not in the Chicago DMA. If you want to watch professional sports, or even some college level games, then D* would be more then happy to sell you that sports package at an additional charge.

Million dollar question. I'm downstate. But my regional fox sports net IS Fox Sports Chicago and Cubs games were never blacked out. Will I get them on CCSN-C or will they possibly do things different?

The teams still have the same viewing markets, so if you had the games on FSN Chicagoe you'll get them on comcast chicago.

Here is the email i got from CSN-Chicago about the HD channel

Dear Andrew,
Directv does not currently carry our HD content. We are optimistic about them
carrying our HD product within the next year, but do not have any more
information at this time.

Here is the email i sent them
I heard Directv just today launched the CSN Chicago Channel On 640

if not, do u know the deal with directv on adding the HDTV channel ?
