Hopper #1, (our main one) lost all recordings, favorites and timers...

Talked with advanced techs and we did rbr, un-plug, check switch and keep getting error 311

Can't pause live tv, can't record a thing...When I hit pause i get the record circle with a line through it...

We did have a power outage in our area today, but all of my electronics are on very capable surge protectors..Other H and J are fine...

We lost a lot of good programming and are very bummed-out..

What HD is gone? Sounds like you lost a drive inside one of your Hoppers.

Yes - HD (drive) seems fried in main hopper. That's what I'm deducing in talking to tech...My thread title is maybe misleading...No DVR functionality in that hopper anymore
