The OP's link is to the generic grid, not Dish specific, where is lists 408 as Bein1HD, but they (Bein1) have bee showing that since the get go. He must have thought (hoped) something changed, which has not.

Bein is broadcasting in hd,problem is Dish is downrezing,is that a word lol,to sd.

That guide that is on Dish site is always wrong, has some missing channels and has some that aren't even on Dish.
