I have a DP-44 connected to a 622 and three 211. The first connection is to the 612 with the power connection. Two of the VIP 211's use Diplexors which are all Holland 2 Amp. All of the receivers function except one of the VIP 211 connected with the Diplexor. A check switch does the correct routine first checking 1 of 1, then currently doing 1 of 4. The process takes a long time and ends with an error. It says the following in system info.

You are currently experiencing signal loss.

Between 5:64am 22/04 and 5:64am 22/04 you had 2118118008 signal losses.
Between 12:52pm 24/16 and 5:64am 22/04 you had 2118118152 signal losses.
Between 3:204pm 00/00 and 12:52pm 24/16 you had 300 signal losses.
Between 10:240am 17/31 and 12:112pm 24/25 you had 729486400 signal losses.

I just replaced all of the Diplexors with new ones to rule that out as the problem, any ideas?

5:64 am..... is that a typo or is that exactly what the system info says?
If thats what is says what is your current software version ?

The system can't register 2118118008 signal losses in one minute so I would first start with making sure the software automatic updates are turned on. you can set the time to 2 or 3 minutes ahead of your current time then turn off the receiver for 10 to 30 minutes and let it update. Then reboot and see how it performs. if that doesn't fix it I would have to say you have a bad receiver.
If you want to confirm this try relocating the receiver to another location. move it to a room one of the other 211's is in and put the working 211 in the room the first one was in. If the problem moves with the receiver its definitely the receiver. If the problem remains in the room the receiver came from then you have a another problem. bad cable or a bad port on the switch.

That is exactly as it is displayed which also seems odd to me. The software is L524. Will try switching receivers and let you know.

Okay, I switched out the receivers and have the same problem. Both the Cable TV and Cable internet work without any problem, only satellite signal not working. I am going to run a direct cable to see if that works.
