I have noticed a difference in signal strength on certain channels. An example is 241- IFC - shows a signal of 93 and 242 - Lifetime - shows 72. I actually got a message saying "poor signal". I am using an LNBF with a 7.5' dish. Are some transponders weaker than other others?

It's been nearly 2 years since I had my 410 subbed on W5 but I remember some channels had higher quality than others. Even on the 4DTV side, I know that ALTV has a slightly higher reading than SyFy does for a quick example.

You can compare the EBNO readings in the diagnostic menu while changing channels as it flips through the transponders.

I see this on other satellites too. Some TPs stronger than others.
