Hey guys just read the retailers recap and wondering what E* 9 is being used for? According to E* website it is parked at 121. Is it a DBS or FSS satellite? If it is a DBS why does E* not make a dish 1500 to point at 110, 119, 121, and 129? If it is FSS what is dish planning to use it for?

sorry its FSS if its parked at 121, Its being used for international channels currently
