First we lost CBS...now at 5pm today we lose NBC via Raycom

I doubt if Sunbeam settled long-term. Sunbeam is blacked out by DTV now and Sunbeam can't afford to have Dish out as well, so they probably signed a short term extension, until after DirecTV is settled.
