Is any one else having these issues. It worked fine until the last couple of weeks. I have only had it a month.
Now it flickers and then will go out for a couple of seconds.
My signal is 90-92.
Works fine on VOOM HD channels but not on TVLand, FX, etc.
Makes it difficult to watch anything.
I e-mail VOOM but haven't received an answer yet.

Have you unplugged it, waited a few minutes, then plugged it back in?

Yes, I did that. It is almost impossible to watch FX or TVLand.
I called their service line and was told it was because I have a 42" Sony LCD tv.
Not very knowledgeable or helpful.
Not concerned I am having a problem. I told them if it wouldn't work with this TV then I didn't want it. They had me change the mode to Native which I already had. Didn't resolve my issue.
Thanks

try messing around with your settings... sometimes native doesn't "catch"... other then that sounds like a service problem... let us know what happens with your signal. do you have the newest software?

Thanks zoomboom.
I will try changing the resolution to something other than native.
