Fox Business issues?

I'm staying a hotel that uses Dish (at least there's a Dish logo on their guide channel). I've tuned in Fox Business the last two night, and both nights have had video that would play for ~10-15 seconds, then "glitch" (freeze then restart). Lip sync was off really bad also.

Did not have any issues on other channels. Local reception?

Isn't that what you are supposed to get when you watch Fox Business channel ? Glitch !

Other channels (locals & Nick) had no issues.
