Got this Sonicview 8000 on CL today as part of a trade of an Item I was selling.
I really don't have much use for it.. so I'm selling it here.
Seems like it has hacked firmware loaded due to when I check what channels it had loaded and saw a bunch of DN channels from 129w 119w 110w in there. So I went ahead and opened the cover and it has a green board with an IDE cable connected to the board so this gotta be the 8PSK board indeed.
I did read on a post done here that this receiver can get some ITC HD channels from DN using the 8psk board and they do come in. HD Theater is one I was able to get at 110w.
I am not gonna load any factory software since pretty much I am selling it as is.
Unit powers fine and I was able to a factory reset and scanned channels from 77w and 110w and channels that were ITC came in fine.
I was able also to get the original box from the seller so I will include that too.
Price is $220 shipped, lower 48 states only. Payable with verified Paypal only.
