FUEL TV changing ch number????

I noticed FUEL TV is moving on 09-02-2009 to ch 156 .I wonder if posssibly Dish is going to put MLB network next to NFL network???Im only speculating this , but this would be a great position for the Mlb network if Dish is able to negotiate a contract with them.I know Charlie said Dish would not get MLB network however....
