At first I wondered if I had stumbled into a Quentin Tarantino movie. This is not a movie for the faint of heart, very brutal violence shown. It was picturesque very nice sets and costumes, makes you really feel like you are in 1950s Los Angeles. The movie plot itself was fairly predictable, the violence seemed to be thrown in to just to break up the monotony. I would say wait for the video or TV airing.
