Just did an upgrade to the H20, what's with the keypad at the bottom of the rc? Makes it totally top heavy. And the new enter button is at the very bottom. What was wrong with the old design???? Who's in charge of designs? Monkeys?

Now it takes two hands to operate :(

I feel your pain... the RC35 (i think) has some major design flaws. I'm used to feeling that nice little bump placed on the '5' so you can easily command the remote without having to look down at the remote. Sadly, this is not there. I think I'll be buying a programable remote soon... real soon.

I thought the same way when I went from the Tivo D* receiver to the H20. I eventually got used to it, because I had no choice (other than get a universal remote). Give it some time and you will learn to live with it. It's bad. But not THAT bad. BTW - What's wrong with monkeys? :)

and the friggin in-picture when you're on the guide menu is now in the upper-right corner instead in the usual upper-left corner. Are they purposely trying to drive us insane??? And no, I will never get used to this remote. As soon as I hit the enter button, it falls out of my hand. Why is the enter button the lowest part of the whole remote? They think we have fingers coming out of our wrists????

Well, to me it was worth it, I no longer have 7 remotes sitting on my coffee table.

One remote does it all.

And it is easier to operate the H20 remote.

I've got the MX-700 and it is about the perfect remote IMO.

Harmony 550. Do some searching online, I hit a special sale and got one for $72. If you like the hourglass shape look for Harmony 659 or 688. Probably get either for less than $100 on eBay.
