having problem getting EPIX

I upgraded yesterday to 250 plus platinum in the hopes of trying EPIX but i received all the channels in the package except EPIX. Support said they are having problems with some customers not getting this channel and said they are working on it. Has anyone else had this problem getting EPIX.

What satellites is your setup looking at?

Are your getting BBC America HD?
