Help lost Starchoice HD channels

OK, I haven't truned on the Starchoice receiver for a long time (months), but on Satruday night I turned it on and none of the HD channels are working. All of the SD channels I checked work fine, but when trying to select an HD channel, the satellite light on the front of the receiver goes red and I lose signal? Any ideas? I tried to call Starchoice but the wait was like 55 minutes.... I have a DSR500 receiver....

you need to trade in your 500, for a 505- Call *c, they will exchange for free.

Did something chnage that makes the DSR 500 obsolete? If so, when did the change occur?

I wonder how the hell I am going to get it shipped to the US? Any ideas? I bought the original from Kusat.

SC changed HD to 8PSK and the 500 does not do 8PSK
