Help with Dishnet Interactive (Dish Home)

I just got Dishnet installed last week and today I found channel 100, Dish Home or Dishnet Interactive. It seems like you can watch the video from multiple channels at the same time in the seperate windows, which would be great, but I can't figure out how to actually change the channel in the windows. I looked for instructions in the Dishent users guide but I couln't find any. I also, watched the Dishnet tutorial/help channel where it tells you about channel 100 but doesn't tell you how to do change the channels.
Does anyone know how to change the channels in the interatcive windows?

You can't change the channels. Dish has chosen them for you. Every now and then dish will change the channels shown at Dish Home for special events.
