Hopper 3 and the Internet

Finally we can get internet at our Little House on the Prairie at the end of the month. Looking forward to hooking up
the fiber optic wi-fi to the Hopper 3, I was wondering if the free movies on there have good picture quality and audio. Do you have to have Netflix
or another streaming service to get 4k and the the latest audio goodies. I have all the equipment to pass it including DolbyAtmos. Thanks folks and hope everyone is having a great although too fast summer.

There are thousands of movies for free quite a number in 4K from Dish on Demand.

You definitely want to hook it up to the internet. Not to mention you will be able to watch live tv outside the house with Dish Anywhere.

The hopper doesnt support Dolby atlas but everything else should work fine.

Netflix is optional paid service.
