HOPPER 3 UPGRADES

I was number 9 and only took about 2 hours to have MikeH upgrade me. That was an hour ago. Just be patient. He will hook you up.
That is what seems weird. I started talking to him before you and I am still not done. Not complaining just curious.

I also just heard DISH was having come computer problems which could be slowing down things as well.

If I try to go to DISH.COM I am taken to mydish.com which is just a placeholder page.

I just pm'd Mike back regarding my upgrade to the H3. I am number 2 on the list, but he sent it a few hours ago and I couldn't respond!!!

Now the arduous wait begins. =(

There is no way we can give up our three 211z. When we tailgate, we have the kids watching one in the bedroom a game on outside and usually a different game on the den tv inside. Not to mention when we travel, we end of with the same viewing situation! The whole point of us switching to dish at the house last year was to have the same programming at home and on the road. When we setup the house last year, we got escalated all the way up to the fraud dept. I think they thought we were putting receivers on our account for other people. Believe it or not, they google earthed our house to make sure it was "big" enough to require that many receivers. The CSR said she saw the house and the RV in the back parking area and said everything would be fine.
I am thinking we may be back to that situation again.

DIRT could not help. Said I have to call in due to the number of recievers on the account. It must be the tailgater and 211...I will call, will be 5th person now to either chat or talk with. Hope I get resolved. I apologize Hall (mentioned don't abuse specialist number), but not sure where else to go? Hall, if you have a better idea let me know

Very annoyed I am being charged $160 upgrade fee. I have a high score too, so that wasn't the reason. The rep refused to waive the fee and even charged me a tech fee. Not happy.
