I currently have a dishnetwork dish with the the 3 lnb's on it and have dish network. However, I used to have directv and still have the oval dish with the LNB's set up and still pointed at the birds. My question is this, can I use this to get FTA? Do I need to order a FTA receiver and get a different LNB and than I can turn it to the satellites I want and get the FTA? I am particularly interested in the North Dakota Hockey games, they will be FTA on the following:

Satellite Info
Intelsat Americas 6 (Galaxy 26) Digital - 93°
K17 Slot C - 9 MHz
Ku Band - Downlink Frequency: 12031 V
L Band - Downlink Frequency: 1281 V
Symbol Rate 4.88
FEC 3/4
PMT 480
Video 481
Audio 484 (Primary L&R)

thanks!

nope. Dish is too small and the LNB isnt the right type

Need a 30" dish and a KU Band LNB for free to air reception :)
