How to contact MLB to get OTA on EI

Who can we contact to try and persuade at MLB to get OTA games on MLB EI? I want to see all Dodger games even the KCOP games.

If you find out who to contact, add the Yankees games to that list. The WWOR (UPN9) games in New York are not carried on MLB EI.

Your efforts, no matter how tremendous, will be futile. I've been through this with many blackout issues. You'll find deaf ears no matter where you turn. Every person you talk to (if you can get a live body) will blame another party. MLB blames the rights holders (KCOP). KCOP blames MLB. The Dodgers blame it on KCOP. If you really have to see the KCOP games, you'll have to see them on MLB.TV.
