i just upgraded ExpressVu receiver to HD.

I'm sad that I can't get a lot of the new HD channels on the 82" satellite (HDNet, A&E) and many favorite SD channels on the 91 satellite (MuchMusic).

Currently I'm using two Dishnetwork 18 inch dishes.

The new receiver comes with the ExpressVu 20" combo dish.

If I were to pay someone to put up the new dish, will I be seeing new channels or the foot prints of these transponder simply do not get to Southern California no matter what dish I use?

Btw.. anyone know of a reliable ExpressVu installer in Los Angeles?

the footprint doesnt cover LA so I dont think any size dish would work. The 2 18" dishes work better than the 20" because you can aim each dish at one satellite instead of trying to balance between two :)
