HR 20 home theather issue

I currently have a HR 20 with a Pioneer receiver and Klipsch speakers. Anyway, when I turn the HR20 toDolby...I lose audio completely on channels not broadcast in Dolby.

Thoughts?

What's the signal path that you're using for the audio? I've heard of sets that won't pass the DD audio through them (aka HR20->HDMI->TV->fiber/coax->receiver), if that's what you have try a straight fiber cable to your receiver from the HR20 and see if that works.
